Ms Kubyana holds LLB from University of Venda and Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance Management, from University of Johannesburg, Cert ito POPI Act, Transfers and Council for Debt Collectors As a registered Member of the Compliance Institute.

She is currently studying LLM in Corporate Law with UNISA and is our Legal Compliance Officer in Litigation, Conveyancing and Debt Collection Departments
